External causes of acne are as widespread as internal ones – related mostly to hormones. So you should pay your attention to the composition of the complex of vitamins and minerals that you are going to take – it should contain chromium. And if you are serious in your intentions, you should consume no less than 150 micrograms of chromium per day.
